In 2012, Chuck Beatty, a native Cincinnati filmmaker created the CNKY Film Festival. The festival hosted its inaugural year at the Know Theatre of Cincinnati with 23 international LGBT films to sell out crowds. Soon after this arts leader began to develop a brand that Unites all Cincinnatians. No matter what your beliefs this leader has continued to build bridges every year by bringing local and national artists together to make Cincinnati and the tri-state a cutting edge, vibrant arts mecca. As an actor, director, editor, production manager, Festival director and humble citizen Chuck has become one of the most respected leaders in the tri-state.
