Glenna Brucken

Born in Dayton, OH, Glenna attended school in Athens, OH at Ohio University where she attained her BFA in Acting. Since then, she has lived and made theatre in various cities: Chicago, IL, Marshall, MI, Louisville, KY, and most recently in NYC, where she is now based.
Her collaborative spirit serves her well wherever her artistic pursuits lead her. She was one of twenty apprentices in the Professional Training Company at Actor's Theatre of Louisville, and worked with such celebrated writers as Jen Silverman and Martyna Majok. In New York, she is regularly working creative endeavors on camera, as writer and actor.
She made her Off-Broadway debut in Summer and Smoke featuring Marin Ireland and Nathan Darrow at Classic Stage Company. The show, recently nominated for a Drama Desk, was directed by Jack Cummings III.
