Zeus Zamani is a visionary producer and entertainment executive with over 17 years of experience in film, television, and commercial production. Renowned for his expertise in development, production, and distribution, he has successfully led projects across multiple genres, securing partnerships with top studios and streaming platforms worldwide.
Zamani made his producing debut in 2009 with Somebody Help Me 2, an urban horror film that premiered on BET on Halloween night. He later produced Battlefield America (2013), an urban dance drama that debuted in over 600 theaters nationwide, and No Vacancy (2012), which was acquired and distributed by Lionsgate. Expanding into television, Zamani served as executive producer of Cypher, a seven-episode crime drama that became the first-ever exclusive premiere on The Roku Channel. His television credits also include producing the Netflix Original series Jinn and the high-profile superhero series Jupiter's Legacy (2019). In 2022, he partnered with the studio again to produce the murder mystery Invitation To a Murder, which garnered commercial success and led to a sequel, Murder at the Embassy, produced in 2024. His most recent success includes the action/sci-fi blockbuster Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace, starring Cuba Gooding Jr. Released on Amazon Prime Video, it became the platform's #1 most-watched movie in November 2024, remaining in the Top 10 for over four weeks. In 2024, Zamani expanded into unscripted television, executive-producing his first reality series, Estate of Survival, an eight-episode show in partnership with LG and Amazon Prime Video, which premiered in the summer of 2024.
Since founding AZ Films in 2007, Zamani has also built an award-winning commercial division specializing in large-scale international campaigns for Fortune 500 brands, including Kia, Hyundai, LG, Starbucks, MGM Resorts, and Samsung.
