Season 1 of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is one of the first truly significant gaming failures of the year. Rocksteady was behind this project; the studio that made the Arkham franchise. The game has still not hit the sales figures that WB Games expected it to, but Rocksteady is still working on putting out more content for the title.

In a recent post on X, the popular YouTuber Angry Joe put out a Tweet regarding the maintenance that the Rocksteady game was going through. He referred to the post mentioning that WB Games was making delusional statements about how well this first season has been received and with regard to how many players they claim are still enjoying this title.

WB is being too optimistic about the number of active players, Angry Joe will not accept this Angry Joe is nor very happy with Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

The lackluster release of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has shaken trust in Rocksteady, known for its successful work on the Arkham series. One of the main reasons for the game’s poor sales is its live service concept, which is considered a curse in the gaming world, leading people to quickly lose interest and go away. The game’s commitment to live service and subsequent failure do not appear salvageable.
