Robbie Barnes is an award-winning filmmaker, writer, and actor with a background studying theatre arts. After being an actress for 20 years, she started to pursue her dream of directing. She's always been interested in writing and after telling her ideas to a few people and being prompted to shoot her own projects, she finally did. Over the past few years, she's written and/or directed the feature films 'Whatever It Takes,' 'FUN.", and 'Eleanor' and shorts 'Beyond Repair,' 'Utilities Included,' 'Hereafter,' 'Scales,' 'The Lesson,' 'Hereafter,' and 'Unconditionally Yours.' She also directed the web-series 'Since Last Tuesday' which is available on Vimeo. When she's not making movies, she's either dancing Kizomba and Zouk or playing with her pet rats.
