- Ben Cook is a New York-based actor who has appeared on television, film, & Broadway. Cook was most recently seen on Broadway as Carl in the acclaimed run of Sufjan Stevens / Justin Peck's Illinoise (Outer Critics Circle nomination). In 2020 he was playing Riff in the Ivo Van Hove Directed revival of West Side Story. His other Broadway credits include Mean Girls written by Tina Fey, Tuck Everlasting, Newsies, Billy in Billy Elliot, and Ragtime. He reprise his Role of Race for the filmed version of Disney's Newsies released in 2017. Most recently seen on television in HBO's The Penguin, MAX's Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, Summer School. Cook has also portrayed Steven Ford in Showtimes The First Lady & Aaron Fisher in HBO's Paterno alongside Al Pacino. He is featured as Mouthpiece in Steven Spielberg's "West Side Story," & stars alongside Elie Kemper & Luke Grimes in the romantic comedy Happiness For Beginners for Netflix.
