In early 2019, Heidi created & wrote her debut television drama series, Tell Me Why, which was optioned by Beyond Entertainment and is now (2024) in development with Goldspin Films and its co-partners.
Heidi has worked in the West End, with lead roles in independent feature films, shorts, and television commercials. One feature film, 'Porichoi,'' required her to learn part of the script in Bengali alongside Indian superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee.
She has also worked as a fashion and commercial model, appearing at London Fashion Week for various designers.
"In both acting and writing, I like challenges and inverting stereotypes. I fight against preconceptions. I like characters who have lived and people who can't be pigeonholed - outliers, I suppose you could say. Show me a character most people would find unbearable, and I'd like to think I can show something redeeming about them. I don't look at people as absolutes. I think that's dangerous and incredibly limiting."
Heidi lives in London with her husband & two dogs, Indiana Jones and Freddy.
