Nikhil Allug is a writer, director & producer born and residing in Mumbai, India. Having worked initially as an Assistant Director with India's commercially most successful film maker Rajkumar Hirani, he has since made several award winning fiction short films & full length commercial feature films. A 2011 fiction Short film by him called 'Nothingness' gave him his first international acclaims with its screening at Cannes film festival (France) 2011 and his full length feature film 'Shehjar' (Shade) had been selected into several prestigious film festivals worldwide & released on international digital platforms
