Paramount Pictures has released a very creepy new teaser for Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones that asks the question: "Will You Be First?"

The horror movie's promotional campaign implores fans to "Join The Hunt on December 6," and to take photos of their city and tag it with #TheMarkedOnes. This is for a chance to get the Paranormal Activity spin-off to screen in that city before its release date, or so it's thought.

While details of the viral campaign are pretty vague, the 14-second teaser packs in some killer thrills as well as a few creepy, dead-eyed children.

Spin-off found footage horror sequel 'Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones' has had a bit of a facelift on its recently released one-sheet. A new international promo has taken said poster and converted it into a new animated version of the asset. The Christopher Landon helmed sequel is set for a 3 January Us release which will act as a stop gap before 'Paranormal Activity 5' lands in theatres in October. Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones is doing some things right with its ad campaign.  The trailer is intriguing (in my opinion, at least) and the poster, which dropped last week, is effective.
