Christopher Donald Saphire was born in Princeton, NJ on October 10th, 1984. He earned his acting degree from Emerson College in Boston, MA in 2006. In 2011, he won Best Picture (HP Lovecraft FF) and Best Actor (LA Cinema Fest of Hollywood) for his short film, "Edgar Allan Poe's, The Raven."

Chris once appeared in a television commercial as the drummer for The Jonas Brothers.

Chris met film-making partner Don Thiel in 1995 while attending public school in Lawrenceville, NJ. They also attended Emerson College together from 2002-2006.
