Alfredo Lomelí was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. At 6 years old, his family decided to make the move to San Antonio,TX in search of a better future. At the age of 13 he started acting in commercials while attending the Thomas Jefferson Fine Arts Academy. In 2008 Alfredo was selected from thousands of hopefuls to participate in the final international season of the Univision talent show,'ObjetivoFama'. Following the show's success, Alfredo has starred in countless national and international TV commercials and product integrations. Alfredo has starred in several short and feature films such as Cineveliz's 'Cartoneo y Nopalitos' and Director Sam Lerma's short film 'Lilia', which went on to screen at New York International Latin Film Festival and Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival. Alfredo has developed a successful career as a television host. His resume in television includes hosting and producing the five time Lone Star Emmy winning magazine-show 'Tu Estilo' based in San Antonio, TX and was also a national correspondent for the Univision's national morning show 'Despierta America'. Alfredo is a lover of sports and is the host of several ESPN and ESPN Deportes shows including: #RedesESPN, X-Games on-location coverage, NFL Esta Noche, One Nación and NBA Tonight. Alfredo is one of the few ESPN talents working in both in English and in Spanish. He is based in New York City where he is a student at the William Esper Studio and an ESPN anchor.
