Taylor Golonka started off as a DJ in the 1990's and moved into music production and began producing music for artists and also producing background music for film, tv shows and commercials. Taylor also began doing sound for narrative and documentary films and learned more about all the aspects of film production. Now that he had the experience producing music and film production, Taylor began producing and directing his own films starting with "Green Guild" about a medical marijuana dispensary based in Hollywood, CA. Following up with "Homeless In Los Angeles" a documentary about the everyday lives of the homeless in Los Angeles. The next project that he produced and directed "Boogaloo Shrimp" a documentary film about Michael Chambers, the American dancer, and actor also known as "Boogaloo Shrimp." Michael is most renowned for his role as "Turbo" in the 1984 cult movie "Breakin'" and its sequel "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo." Michael Chambers also worked one-on-one with superstar Michael Jackson and shares stories about his experiences in the documentary. One of Taylor's latest documentary projects "Jewelry Of India" he explores and takes you into Bangalore, India and talks to local Jewelry Stores and Jewelry Artisans as they share their stories and their family history of their involvement in jewelry going far back into their family ancestry. Taylor's most recent project "Stuck In The Groove" is a documentary film exploring the history and evolution of vinyl records. Featuring Interviews with the experts, musicians and fans alike, taking you on a journey of vinyl-mania, music and nostalgia.
