He won his first talent contest at age 11 when he wrote, directed and acted in his first show at Summer School.

Early in his acting career he went to an open call for "Sextette". He was selected to meet personally with Hollywood and Broadway legend Mae West for a starring role as a young Englishman opposite her. He recalls that although she was in her eighties, she still had a strong sexual presence. The role eventually went to Timothy Dalton.

Scott calls himself a "recovered Actor". He returned to the business in the fall of 2011.

Scott's great grandmother was a full-blooded Cherokee Indian.

Scott has a daughter, Chelsea Guenevere, who is a singer & actress and who is the lead singer in the rock group "Left In Embers".

Scott Anthony toured for 6 months as Jack, the playboy husband, in the long running French-based farce, "Pajama Tops".

Scott was told by a gypsy at a carnival at age 10 that he would grow up to be a singer and actor. The seeds were planted.

Scott Anthony has appeared in over 50 theater productions in Los Angeles, Northern California, New York and touring productions in other states.

In September, 2016 Scott was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards for his work in "No More Chances".
