Samara, the upcoming multi-lingual film starring Bharath and Rahman in the lead roles, has released its first look poster on Saturday. The film, directed by debutant Charles Joseph, is touted to be a forensic-based crime procedural that revolves around a mysterious case. The poster features both Bharath and Rahman in a serious look with nerdy glasses on. They are seen standing on a flight of stairs, suggesting that they are on a mission to unravel the truth.

The film also marks the second Malayalam outing of Moothon fame Sanjana Dipu, who plays an integral character in the film. The film also features Rahul Madhav, Binoj Villya, Neet Chowdary, Shabareesh Varma, and others in supporting roles. Bharath is said to be essaying a significant character in the film, while Rahman plays an investigator.

Charles Joseph has written the story and screenplay of the film, while co-writing the dialogues with Shabareesh Varma.
