Chennai, March 5: After sharing the frame with Tamil superstar Vijay in "Thalaivaa", actress Ragini Nandwani, who has landed a role with Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in upcoming satiric comedy "Peruchaazhi", says she's honoured to be working with him.

Ragini, who is a popular name on small screen through her Hindi soap "Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein", is playing the lead in the film.

"I think god has been kind to me. I'm very honoured to be working with Mohanlal sir. I have been a fan of his work and I think it's a blessing for any actor to work alongside him. I believe the name Mohanlal will suffice (for the film)," Ragini.

Chennai, Aug 7: Tickets were being sold like hot cakes since Monday for Vijay-starrer Tamil action-drama "Thalaivaa", but on Wednesday afternoon most theatres, including multiplexes, stopped bookings following threat calls from political activists.

Directed by A.L. Vijay, "Thalaivaa", which means leader in Tami, also features Amala Paul, Ragini Nandwani and Abhimanyu Singh in important roles.

Reportedly, members of a political activist group, who claim "Thalaivaa" to be a political film, have warned theatres not to screen the film.

Chennai, March 5: Having completed shooting for upcoming Tamil romantic-thriller "Thalaivaa", Bollywood actress Ragini Nandwani says acting in the film was surprisingly easy because she plays a north Indian.

"Even though I was nervous to be cast opposite superstar Vijay, I didn't find acting tough in the film because I play a north Indian. All my lines are in Hindi, and therefore, playing my character was a cakewalk," Ragini told Ians.

Mumbai, March 4: Actress Ragini Nandwani, who made her Bollywood debut with "Dehraadun Diary," has finished shooting for a Tamil film with superstar Vijay.

"I have done a Tamil film 'Thalaivaa' opposite Vijay, who is a big superstar there. Shooting has been completed from my end and it will release June. Then there are other offers, one in Hindi and another in Tamil," Ragini said here during a photoshoot.
