Mark Farmer(VI)

Born and raised in unincorporated Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada in July of 1966, Mark attended Bonanza High School learning television and film production from local industry professional Craig Caples.
Starting with local commercial production, Mark worked for a short stint at KLAS-8, the local CBS affiliate, as a studio cameraman, including the evening newscast with Sue Lowden, Gary Waddell and George Knapp.
Mark performed with later stints shooting camera for local businesses, regional and national commercials out of Nevada, Arizona and California for clients including nearly every Las Vegas casino at the time, Wonder bread, Goodyear; the yearly Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon, GLOW: Glorious Ladies of Wrestling; the New Zoo Review, a promo real for Las Vegas Ventriloquist Terry Fator and as head cameraman for the 1987 mayoral political campaign for casino mogul Bob Stupak, developer of the Las Vegas Stratosphere.
Mark's worked on several B movies including "Angel of Vengeance," along side the Pat and Kelly Kirby from Kirby Brother's Production and director Ted V. Mikels.
Mark's work garnered awards including a Clio and a 1986, United Press International "Best Newscast in America."
