Biography

Dale Edward Chung is a Grammy nominated, Latin Grammy winning Film, Theater, TV & VO Actor. He is also a Director, Producer, Singer, Musician & Production/Post Sound Engineer.

He starred in the SAG Award winning film, "Unspoken" by Stacey Marbrey, was a featured artist on Grammy winning album, "Sakura" by Masa Takumi & was an engineer on the Grammy nominated album "Creciendo" by Lucy Kalantari & the Jazz Cats.

He is in the 2022 film "Labyu with an Accent", starring Coco Martin and Jody Sta. Maria. Labyu was ranked in the top 10 on Netflix worldwide and has appeared in several Dhar Mann Studios films that have been viewed by over 20 million viewers.

He continues to work in commercials, films, music and is also a voice actor.

He released new music in 2022 and produced a short film music video called "It's Over", that went on to be selected and win on the film festival circuit. He made his directorial debut producing and directing the music video "The Beautiful One".

He also works in production sound, sound design, scoring, as well as, producing and writing film projects. He was a member of the legendary R&B/Funk music group, Con Funk Shun from 2003 - 2016.

He is also a voting member of the Recording Academy serving on the Producer & Engineer Wing Committee for the LA Chapter.
