Jan-Martin Müller, born and raised in Schweinfurt, completed his acting training at the European Theatre Institute in Berlin from 2006 to 2009. During his studies, he performed at the Maxim Gorki Theater and later appeared under the direction of Rolf Hochhuth in the theatre production Sommer 14: Ein Totentanz in Berlin.
Since then, Müller has been primarily active in television. He appeared in the RTL series 'Unter Uns' as event manager Finn Welter and had several roles in the ZDF series SOKO Wismar and the Rosamunde Pilcher adaptation 'Liebe und andere Schätze'.
In 2024, Müller plays a significant role in the ten-part series The Day of the Jackal alongside Eddie Redmayne, Lashana Lynch, Úrsula Corberó. The series, produced by Carnival Films in collaboration with SKY and Peacock, will air from November 7, 2024.
Müller lives in Berlin.
