Crystal Cook was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She grew up in the small town of Glenpool. Theatre and acting were not offered as extracurricular activities in school, so she expressed herself through music. Throughout junior high and high school, she participated in many vocal competitions and always received high scores. On numerous occasions, she was asked to sing for the Philippine American Association of Northeastern Oklahoma (PAANO), an organization founded on the principles and values of her Filipino heritage.
In 2013, she was living in Dallas, Texas where she discovered her passion for acting. She took an acting class at Kim Dawson Studio and hit the ground running. She is now represented by Kim Dawson Agency. Recently, she starred as Elaine Lyddie in "Left" (to be released in 2016) and had a small role as Kitty Wells in "I Saw the Light" where she got to work alongside Tom Hiddleston.
