Sarah Allyn(II)

Sarah Allyn is an American actor most recently seen on Ryan Murphy's 9-1-1 opposite Jennifer Love Hewitt and Kenneth Choi. Additional work includes Nathan Fielder's The Rehearsal on HBO. Fielder himself praised Sarah's work as "transcendently magical."

Allyn was born in Germany to Lillian and Steven Hutchison, a former calf-roper and bronco rider turned communications solutions manager. Sarah is of Korean and Irish descent and grew up with two brothers thinking home is where the suitcase is open.

On the brink of a deployment to Afghanistan and the heels of a cancer diagnosis, Sarah made their way into the Baltimore Playwright's Festival, was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Reel Independent Film Extravaganza in DC for their role as Claire in the independent feature film Geographically Desirable, and moved to Brooklyn, New York for pizza and the pursuit of more crazy.

New York theater training and work include time with Scott Freeman, Jon Shear, Ted Sluberski, The Drama League, and The Actors Temple. Sarah received a B.A. in Anthropology from Kansas State University while packing parachutes for the skydiving club.
