Liam Bradley Gilroy is a british film director from Barnsley, South Yorkshire, UK. Liam was born and raised in the small town by his mother Erica Gilroy and father Anthony Gilroy alongside his six siblings. Having little more interest than to entertain people and tell stories, after leaving St Michael's High School Liam went on to study Media Production at Barnsley College for a year before casting aside career interests in video game design and illustration to make the decision to focus on film production.
Liam stayed at the local college to study Film & Television Production as part of a National Diploma before moving on to the University of Lincoln (UK) where he studied Film & TV at degree level. In his time at the university Liam worked with a number of small and independent production companies gaining production credits in multiple roles before founding his own production company in the second year of his degree. Liam began producing corporate and promotional videos for companies internationally for two years before joining forces with childhood friend Liam Swann to create production house Arcadia Film.
