A native of Los Angeles, CA, Dana has also lived in France, Latvia and the Netherlands. She began acting as a toddler in the Azusa Pacific University opera production of "Suor Angelica" (Puccini). Dana grew interested in other aspects of filmmaking during her on-camera studies at Gary Spatz's The Playground, and so wrote/acted/produced her first short film "Stuck" (2017). "Driver's Ed" (2019), a multiple award winner, was her directorial debut. She is a graduate from the Global BFA dual Emerson College/Paris College of Art film art program, where she developed an affinity for script supervising. Upon graduating, she continued her filmmaking education and became a certified script supervisor under Daniela Saioni via The Director Whisperer Training Program for International Script Supervisors. Dana's understanding of story, sense of adventure, and teamwork skills enables versatility as an actor, engaging director and dedicated script supervisor. In her element when on set, Dana also speaks some French and enjoys reading, rock climbing, traveling, and dancing.
