She has a passion for travel and enjoys visiting new countries, learning about new cultures, trying out local food, meeting new people, and collecting stamps for her National Park passport.

Leon graduated from Beverly Hills High School with honors, and her academic achievements allowed her to attend the University of California, Irvine.

Got rescued from Los Angeles Fire Department Station #9 out of the trapped elevator in Downtown L.A. in September 2021. Fire Station #9 turned out to be the busiest fire station in the nation.

Took a Crime Fiction course at UCI in 2021 with Instructor Madeleine Read. She published a review on Detective Conan (1996), arguing that Conan Edogawa has produced the finest detective work of our generation.

Her mother, Rina Akamine, was Miss Japan 1999.
