Jon Iver Helgaker is an Norwegian writer, director, actor and musician. Has worked in advertisement i Norway for 15 years and started his own production company "Sagveien Resort" in 2007 together with his writing partner Jonas Torgersen. In 2014 they started writing series for television i Norway and from 2016 - 2019 they wrote and directed three seasons of Norsemen for Netflix Originals
In 2019, Torgersen and Helgaker started working as creators, showrunners and writers on their new animated show "Captain Fall" at Netflix Animation.
Along side of this, Jon Iver has played in the Norwegian band Grand Island since 2004 and has released 5 albums with close to 10 millions streams on Spotify.
