Jayashankarr is a south Indian film director associated with Telugu cinema. He also scripts films. In 2018, he made his directorial debut with Paper Boy, starring Riya Suman and newcomer Santosh Sobhan. The movie received Blockbuster reviews from critics. Till then he has scripted and written dialogues for half a dozen Telugu movies, mostly short films since 2014. He also directed half a dozen short films till now, of which Half Girlfriend (2014) and Ramayanam Lo Tuppakula Veta (2016) and The God Must Be Crazy (2015) are memorable ones. Other short films are Love U Forever (2014), Happy ending (2015) and Half girlfriend 2 (2016).
