Don Bolton
- Production Designer
- Art Department
- Set Decorator
As a child in the early 1960ies, Don first became interested in the
entertainment business when he was given a toy microphone and amplifier
for Christmas. After public school, where he worked as stage crew for
many school plays and DJed at the school's FM radio station, he studied
radio-television production and theater arts in college. Realizing
early on that he did not have the looks or voice for in front of the
camera, and suffering from a case of Permanent Terminal Stage Fright,
he gravitated toward the behind the scenes work of cameraman, grip, set
designer/builder, AND combining his love of building things, props. He
has worked in the entertainment field off and on since the mid 1970ies
and continues to work behind the scenes to entertain the public in
anyway he can. That includes working with 2047 Productions as Prop
Master/Builder and a local non-profit Haunted House at Halloween time
where he builds props and hidden by mask and costume, performs for the
public.
