Gregory Austin McConnell is an American filmmaker, writer and professional YouTuber. He's best known for his work on the film "Sprouting Orchids" (2014), which he co-starred, directed and wrote, his 'official canon' series "LG15: Outbreak", the last series of EQAL's franchise LonelyGirl15, and most importantly his YouTube channel, where he makes commentary videos on his previous work and other various subjects he thinks about. He also wrote the book "Fallen Angels: Welcome to Munich", which he then erased any physical copies of the novel from the internet, therefore making it practically impossible to buy. However when he achieved 500k Subscribers on YouTube he choice to release an audiobook version of his novel, which he himself narrated, as a thank you gift to his audience.
Since then he's gone on to make a few animated shorts which are on his YouTube page and created a 40 minute documentary, which details of random strangers who left him a voicemail as part of his YouTube community post. There has also been talk and rumor of Austin perhaps ready to make another feature film, however its all speculation to this point with nothing confirmed
