Danny Kim(XIV)

Danny is an Australian actor of Korean descent whose credits include the neurodivergent scientist Erik in Kiah Roache-Turner's creature feature 'Sting' and Senior Detective Sam Che in the NBC Universal series 'Critical Incident'.
Spending most of his life as a Sydney local, Danny attended the 2 Year Intensive at Screenwise Film and Television Acting School to formally explore his passion and interest in acting.
Upon graduating he found that he was fascinated by the workings of the Film and TV industry and became obsessed with visual storytelling.
In his graduating year from Screenwise, Danny was presented with a full scholarship to The International Film School Sydney (now Academy of Film, Theatre and Television) having received 'The Future Filmmaker Award' for his short film 'All The Best' which he wrote, directed and produced.
He would graduate with an Advanced Diploma in Writing, Directing and Producing along with a new found passion, respect and admiration for all facets of filmmaking.
Danny has gone on to work on major projects on both sides of the camera but insists his first and greatest passion will always be in the performing arts.
