- Mirat is an Indian screenwriter who most recently worked as the co-writer on Scoop, the critically acclaimed Netflix crime drama series created by Hansal Mehta and released in 2023, as well as Bhonsle, a feature film directed by Devashish Makhija, which released on Sony Liv in June 2020. Mirat has also co-written the feature Ajji, a twisted take on the classic tale of Little Red Riding Hood produced by Saregama's Yoodlee Films, currently streaming on Netflix. He has written a short film titled Bapu for Terribly Tiny Talkies. Apart from working on films, Mirat has written screenplays and dialogues for multiple television shows on leading GECs including Life OK and Sony TV. He is currently working on several original projects including a dramedy feature, a political sitcom, and a psychological thriller series - which is in development with Sony LIV. Mirat is also working as a writer on a T-Series project.
