Sean Steffen is an independent writer and producer from Chicago, IL. In
2012, Steffen, along with co-producer and co-story writer Joe Randazzo,
released the political comedy short The Perfect Candidate starring Joe
Estevez, Robert Z'Dar, and Maria Olson. In 2013, Candidate was an
official selection at the Julien-Dubuque International Film Festival
and the Indie Gathering Film Festival. It was well received at both
festivals. In the fall of 2013, The Perfect Candidate was included as a
bonus feature on the DVD of "Deadly Xmas," which was released
nationally by Wild Eye Releasing.
Sean is writing a new short with Joe Randazzo titled, "Jackal," and will be serving as producer and script consultant on both "Ripper" and "Paranormal Halloween," the follow up to "Deadly XMas." "Paranormal Halloween" has begun shooting and has already been picked up for distribution in North America on DVD, VOD, and OnDemand Pay-Per-View in the fall of 2015.
