John Haynes(XVI)

Colonel John Haynes flew 343 combat missions in the F-4 as a Marine in
Vietnam. His military decorations include The Legion of Merit, Joint
Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, Navy
Commendation Medal and 26 Air Medals. He served as the senior Air Force
officer with the POW/MIA program and the Gulf War Illness
Declassification Team.
