Siri Nitschke was born 17th June 1985 in Eisenhuettenstadt, Germany.
After graduation with A-Level ("Abitur") she started an apprenticeship
as Audiovisual media clerk at the International Short Film Festival
Oberhausen, whereupon she has been taken over by the company as
assistant for the international competition. Since September 2008 she
is studying producing at the film school " Filmakademie
Baden-Wuerttemberg". She was a member of the organisation committe for
the reception of German Film Schools while the Berlin International
Film Festival for three years. In 2012 she finished her semester abroad
in Image Arts / Film at the Ryerson University Toronto, supported by a
scholarship of Baden-Wuerttemberg-Stiftung.
