Far-right YouTuber Steven Crowder has kicked off a public feud with The Daily Wire after the right-wing news outlet approached him with a measly four-year contract offer worth a pitiful 50 million, and some fiduciary obligations on his part.

On Tuesday, Crowder launched the “Stop Big Con” initiative and accused “conservative media giants” of being “no better than Big Tech” and putting profit over the honest defense of conservative values.

Texas Republican Louie Gohmert has been in the news a lot this week — for instance, on Thursday he fumed because Democrats criticized the Republican party’s refusal to consider gun control, and then lied about the crime rates in blue states relative to red states.

But on Friday he reached a hilarious new height when, during an appearance on right wing media outlet Newsmax, he complained that Republicans aren’t allowed to just commit crimes.

Gohmert was on Newsmax to talk about the arrest of ex-Donald Trump adviser Peter Navarro for contempt of congress. Navarro had refused to comply with a congressional subpoena to testify in front of the Jan. 6 commission and well, refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena is actually a crime.

Former Trump adviser Peter Navarro was indicted Friday on contempt of Congress charges for refusing to comply with a subpoena from the House Jan. 6 committee. Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) wasted no time hustling over to Newsmax to utter an odd complaint, griping that Republicans “can’t even lie to Congress or lie to an FBI agent or they’re coming after you.”

Gohmert claimed Navarro being taken into custody shows that “we have a two-tiered justice system.”

At least six co-founding members of Time’s Up Healthcare have resigned in protest of how the group has responded to accusations in a lawsuit that another co-founder helped cover for a sexual harasser at her hospital in Oregon.

The resignations, which began on Thursday and continued Friday, come five days after the Oregonian reported on a multimillion dollar lawsuit filed against Jason Campbell, a physician who became famous in 2020 as the so-called “TikTok doctor” due to his viral dance videos.

The suit accuses Campbell of sexually abusing a co-worker, including inappropriate touching and sending pornographic images and sexualized texts. The suit also names Oregon Health & Science University, where both of them worked, as a defendant. On Tuesday, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell made an appearance on Newsmax’s “American Agenda” to help the network advance disingenuous claims of “cancel culture” inspired by the recent suspension of his Twitter account.

But unfortunately Lindell — a conspiracy theorist who supported the violent insurrection incited by Donald Trump — was unable to refrain from shouting the kinds of lies that got him kicked off the social media site in the first place. And it got to the point that one of the show’s co-hosts just walked off in the middle of the interview after several unsuccessful attempts to save Lindell — and Newsmax — from himself.

Now, Lindell was banned from Twitter in late January for continuing to spread conspiracy theories and lies about the 2020 election, and when he subsequently tried to use the MyPillow account to accuse Twitter of being actively involved in that nonexistent fraud, Twitter suspended that as well.

It’s official: MyPillow CEO/conspiracy theorist Mike Lindell is too out there even for Newsmax.

Lindell appeared on the conservative news channel Tuesday, ostensibly to discuss cancel culture in the wake of his being permanently removed from Twitter for repeated violations of its Civic Integrity policy.
