IMDbProStarmeterSee rank
Danina Moguel, a global citizen with a rich cultural background, was born in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, to a Mexican father and a Serbian mother. Her journey into the world of acting began at the tender age of four, when she starred in her first major campaign for the renowned PepsiCo brand Sabritas. Since then, her talent has illuminated screens across the globe, with over 10 commercials for Mexican television featuring her, including notable brands like Nestle, Grupo Modelo, Hershey's Kisses, GMC, and Procter and Gamble's Head & Shoulders for the United States. She graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts in 2008. Her academic achievements extended beyond the classroom, as she became the sole foreign member of her Speech team to secure the National Championship in Speech (Bronze Award in Poetry Interpretation) in Kansas City, Missouri. Living across four countries, Danina's understanding of the art of acting deepened. In Mexico City, she refined her craft through intensive workshops and courses at prestigious institutions like the Patricia Reyes Espíndola M&M Studio school and CasAzul Artes Escénicas Argos. This rigorous training propelled her into international projects, including Italian productions (Rai TV) and her debut American film, "The Uncanny." She also captivated audiences as the lead actress in Genesis' former band member Steve Hackett's music video, "Behind the Smoke." Her television debut in Mexico came with a role in the acclaimed series "Capadocia" (HBO Latin America) and she further showcased her talent in productions like "Kilometro 31 part 2" and "Mi Adicción Mi Maldición" (Discovery Latinoamérica). Residing in Serbia, Danina is mesmerizing audiences as Queen Natalie of Serbia at Dom Jevrema Grujic. Her impressive body of work in Serbia includes roles in series such as "Beleznica Season 1", "Tri Muskarca i Tetka", "Il Restauratore", "Qubool Hai 2", "Momak i Devojke", Lordan Zafranovic's "Djeca Kozare", "The Librarians: The Next Chapter", and "Ruka Pravde." Danina's linguistic facility is equally impressive, as she is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Serbian. Her diverse skill set extends beyond acting, encompassing horseback riding, Latin and belly dancing.
