Diana Beairsto is a Canadian actor, writer and producer best known for her work on
John From Home (Eagle Point Pictures), as well various comedy shorts with Pancake
Laundry Monday.
Raised in Prince George, British Columbia, Diana was inspired by watching her actor
father, David Beairsto, perform on stage. At the age of twelve, she began performing in
her high school and local community productions. Diana went on to study at Capilano
University, in North Vancouver, in the Acting for Stage and Screen Program.
In 2017, Diana co-founded the Vancouver based sketch comedy group Pancake
Laundry Monday, alongside Angie McLeod, Taylor Pfeifer and Mat Gilroy. Since then
she has written, produced, director and performed in numerous comedy shorts for PLM,
including the fan favourite, HITS FM, which was nominated for Best Comedy Series
Micro Episode in the Austin Comedy Short Film Festival.
Diana can also be seen on a variety of commercials for brands including Ozo, Pulseway
and Honda.
She aims to create fun, entertaining content that makes audiences laugh and enjoy.
Diana is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
