Jesús Schettino is an actor, writer, born in México City, Jesús decided to pursue a stage career at very young age, then he studies accounting at the IPN in Mexico City. knowing that his passion was not in to numbers, but yes, in to the performing arts, he decided to move to Los Angeles California at 18 years old, to pursue his career as an actor. Without being able to obtain the results that he expected, he realize that he needed a mentor, a guide, someone who would make him believe more in himself, and God put him in front of Bernard Hiller. A recognized and respected acting mentor, who has a Successful acting studio and workshops worldwide. After training his craft for several years, Bernard Hiller taught Jesús Schettino the true art of acting, and also make him believe that he can produce and direct his own projects and that was how he began to advance on his career, he started creating more, then he discovered what he was capable to do and that he wasn't born only to perform as an actor, but also he was born to become a director and producer. This inspired him to create his own production company Awaken Entertainment Inc. His first performance was a child old for the play "Don Quijote De La Mancha" as one of the principal roles, Jesus Schettino knew he had what it takes to become a performer, knowing that his great-grandfather was one of the most important musicians in the world, Don Quirino Mendoza y Cortés. The composer of the songs "Cielito Lindo" "Rosalia" "Jesusita en Chihuahua" and many more, Jesus Schettino consider his great-grandfather as an example and inspiration for him, to show the world how to live through acting. After many years of acting on numerous shows in theater, Jesus Schettino decided to keep moving his acting career in Hollywood. He started seeking for T.V shows and films, achieving his goals. Jesus Schettino is an actor, known for Peor es nada (2007), Sin Vergüenzas (2016) El Pelado de la Noche (2012) Tamara (2019) Sins & Virtues (2021) He started producing his first movie with his company Awaken Entertainment Inc. As a writer and producer. Third Call movie (2016) and recently produced the movie Clown & Out. (2022) and his latest accomplishments is that he won an award as first time best director for his short film "Esperándote" on the prestigious Top Shorts International film festival. Now Jesus Schettino keeps looking for new opportunities to keep growing as an actor, producer and movie maker, he wants to open doors for new talents worldwide. Jesus believes that it doesn't matter what race, religion or color you are. What matters is what you carry in your heart and how much you want to share your passion and hunger for success to others. He wants to inspire and help the next generation of actors to come.
