1st Assistant Director, Liza Mann is the winner of the 2025 DGA Award for Directorial Achievement on "Anora", directed by Sean Baker. "Anora" won the Palme d'Or at Cannes Festival, five Academy Awards (Best Picture, Best Director, Best Editing, Best Original Screenplay, Best Lead Actress), the PGA, DGA, WGA and Critics Choice Awards among others. Liza Mann is also a DGA Associate Director. She's been working for magician David Blaine since 2015.
