He moved to Florida in 1981 where he attended and graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA in Social and Behavioral Sciences. He earned a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. He has worked as a therapist in Wyoming and Florida, and has been an international speaker.

Will returned to the entertainment business in 2010 as a suggestion from his wife to "get a hobby."

He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Due to his personal convictions, Will avoids profanity and nudity in the roles he plays.

He did background work as a man reading a newspaper in a park in Disney&#39;s &quot;Tomorrowland.&quot; Unfortunately, the scene was deleted from the final cut.
