Mark's career began as the scale actor and stunt double for Thorin Oakenshield The Hobbit trilogy, where he honed his craft and gained invaluable experience in performing stunts and action sequences. He then went on to make his theatrical debut as Krapp in Samuel Beckett's Krapp's Last Tape, showcasing his versatility as a performer.
Mark's talent and dedication have also earned him recognition for his role as Ketkrókur, a Dark Elf, in the movie Krampus, as well as appearances in Rocketman and The Last Duel. He has also appeared in popular TV series such as Young Offenders, The Brigade, and more recently, Supacell, showcasing his range and ability to bring characters to life on screen.
Mark's creativity and passion extend beyond his work in front of the camera. He recently made his writing and directorial debut in the experimental short film Sonnet 23, showcasing his talents as a filmmaker and storyteller.
A graduate of the Te Ahaha Institute of Creativity in Wellington, NZ, with a Bachelor of Performing Arts, Mark is constantly pushing himself to grow as an artist and explore new horizons in the industry.
