Thankfully, it’s coming with The Hollywood Reporter sharing a first peek at Poker Face season 2. That includes how it’s eying a spring 2025 release date. That’s likely going to be April or early May.

Peacock has released a first look at Poker Face season 2 with a special message from Natasha Lyonne and Rian Johnson.
Charlie Cale is back on the run, and in Season 2 we’ve taken her journey to the next level one murder mystery at a time. From minor league baseball to big box retail, from funeral homes to alligator farms and even a grade school talent show, Charlie navigates her crime solving existential road-trip with deadpan wit, human empathy, and her signature uncanny lie-detecting ability.
To bring Season 2 to life, we pulled visual inspiration from American 70s cinema, all the stuff we love like Robert Altman, Bob Rafelson, Peter Bogdanovich. But the backbone of this show is TV – the kind of TV we grew up watching, episodic case of the week gems like Columbo and The Rockford Files and Quantum Leap. While filming the 1988 black horror comedy Vampire’s Kiss, Nicolas Cage made a bold (and stomach-turning) decision. His character, Peter Loew, a delusional literary critic who believed he was a vampire, originally had a scene where he was supposed to eat a raw egg. But Cage had other ideas. “I thought eating a cockroach would be more effective,” he told Yahoo Entertainment. “I’ll never do that again. I’m sorry I did it at all.”
That wasn’t a one-take horror. He had to do it twice. Twice the crunch. Twice the regret. Vampire’s Kiss, directed by Robert Bierman, wasn’t exactly a smash hit. Despite Cage’s mind-boggling performance and a cult following, the film tanked at the box office. It did, however, cement Cage’s reputation for fully committing to roles – sometimes to extremes.

A seventh season of the anthology series Black Mirror will be making its way to the Netflix streaming service sometime in 2025, and it has been previously revealed that Black Mirror season 7 will consist of six episodes, one of which will be a sequel to the popular season 4 episode USS Callister. Now, an image has made its way online that shows returning USS Callister cast member Cristin Milioti (who was recently seen in The Penguin) in the new episode. You can check it out at the bottom of this article.

Cristin Milioti broke out in a big way last year by playing mob heiress Sofia Falcone in The Penguin, but if you're a fan of Netflix's sci-fi anthology show Black Mirror, you already knew her. In the show's fourth season, she played Nanette, an employee at a video game company who's DNA was borrowed without her consent by her boss (Jesse Plemons), who then used it to create a digital copy of Nanette. In fact, he did that with several coworkers, whom he recast as crew members on the USS Callister. Inside a digital world, he used these people to play out his Star Trek fantasies.
The resulting episode, "USS Callister," was a disturbing, hilarious story about high tech slavery. It was so popular that the upcoming seventh season of Black Mirror will feature a direct sequel episode, something the show has never done before. Milioti will return as Nanette,...

It’s packed with movies your kids will love it, and you’ll actually enjoy watching too.
What makes a movie “family-friendly,” anyway? Yes, it’s got to be safe for kids - no over-the-top violence, swearing, or anything you wouldn’t want your little ones repeating. But here’s the thing: it also needs to keep the adults (like me) entertained. Because let’s face it, nobody wants to sit through a movie that feels like a chore, no matter how kid-safe it is. The best family-friendly movies strike that balance… and that’s exactly where Disney+ shines. It’s not just a treasure trove of content you can trust your kids to watch - it’s also a platform loaded with movies that’ll have you laughing, reminiscing, or just genuinely enjoying yourself. George Clooney and Brad Pitt are expected to return. The duo last starred in “Ocean’s 13,” back in 2007.
“We have a really good script for another ‘Ocean’s’ now, so we may end up doing another one. It’s actually a great script,” Clooney previosuly said. While he was reluctant to call it “Ocean’s Fourteen,” he did say, “The idea is kind of like ‘Going In Style,’” referencing the 1979 film written and directed by Martin Brest, starring George Burns, Art Carney and Lee Strasberg, about three elderly friends who decide to break the monotony of their lives by pulling off a heist.

“The Fall Guy” and filmmaker David Leitch is in talks to direct “Ocean’s 14” for Warner Bros.
George Clooney’s Smokehouse banner is behind the fourth film in the “Ocean’s Eleven” franchise, so it’s expected the star will return alongside Brad Pitt, who collaborated with Leitch on “Bullet Train.”
The original “Ocean’s” trilogy, directed by Steven Soderbergh, featured Clooney and Pitt alongside Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, Casey Affleck and more. The heist trilogy launched in 2001 with “Ocean’s Eleven,” a critical favorite and a commercial hit with just over $450 million at the worldwide box office, and continued with 2004’s “Ocean’s Twelve” ($362 million) and 2007’s “Ocean’s Thirteen” ($311 million).
A female-centered spinoff, 2018’s “Ocean’s 8,” starred Sandra Bullock as the sister of George Clooney’s Danny Ocean with Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Mindy Kaling and Anne Hathaway. The movie hit the $297 million mark worldwide.

Back in 2005, The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman put a superhero twist on the idea of zombie outbreaks with the five issue limited series Marvel Zombies. That series became incredibly popular and has gotten a ton of sequels and spin-offs over the years. There was a nod to it in one of the illusions on display in Spider-Man: Far from Home, and then the Marvel Zombies concept got an entire episode of Marvel’s animated Disney+ series What If…? devoted to it. That episode is leading to a full Marvel Zombies animated series, which will be rated TV-ma – and the Walt Disney Company has now reveal that the series is set to premiere on Disney+ on October 3rd.
Showrunner Bryan Andrews said, “Brad and Kevin loved the What If…? episode so much. They were like, ‘We need more zombies!’ They said, ‘Let’s do a sequel to that episode — but let’s do four episodes,...

Marvel Animation has two four-episode TV shows heading our way this year: Eyes of Wakanda and Marvel Zombies. The former promises to tell the stories of brave Wakandan warriors throughout history in a globe-trotting adventure meant to expand the Black Panther franchise.
The focus will be on a group called the Hatut Zaraze, with each episode showing them setting out to retrieve Vibranium artefacts from Wakanda's enemies.
Marvel Television boss describes the group "like Wakanda's CIA" and adds, "They often have to venture out to regain stolen Vibranium, but they also have to keep secrets well-hidden so that Wakanda can ward off invaders and stay safe. The Hatut Zaraze are challenged in different ways to stay loyal to Wakanda as they discover the rest of the world around them."
According to showrunner Todd Harris, animation was the only place to tell such a far-reaching story.

The best Awkwafina movies and TV shows highlight the unique talents - especially when it comes to vocal delivery - that have ensured she’s cemented a legacy as an inimitable comedic talent. Born in New York in 1988, Awkwafina (real name Nora Lum) has been an active performer since 2005. She first began using the stage name Awkwafina at age 15, conceiving the alter-ego as a semi-parody of the way many brands adopt feminine slants on their name to appeal to female consumers.
While now known as an actor, Awkwafina originally made her big break as a rapper with the 2012 parody song “My Vag”, releasing her solo album Yellow Ranger two years later in 2014. Her music echoes the same comedic talent as her acting, so it’s no surprise she’d eventually find her feet as a comedian. After an appearance on MTV’s Girl Code between 2014-2016, Awkwafina got her big...
