With each foot in the two ponds that are film and theater, Reggie P. Louis is an actor based in the Los Angeles area, with a wide variety of credits under his belt. He can be seen on the first season of the SAG-AFTRA web-series, "Saudade", as one of the principal characters. He also has completed a featured role on the feature film, "The Kamasutra Garden", which was filmed in Tampa, FL. He has also played the role of Montano in William Shakespeare's "Othello". He also stars in the web-series "Po Psi Broke".
He has trained with acting professor, Stephen Neal, at Florida International University. He has attended film acting classes with Michael Jacques in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He has also been part of a sketch comedy group for over a year and a half, in which he has performed in New York City and the famous Chinese Theater in Los Angeles, CA. He attends Identity School of Acting (2018-) in Los Angeles, CA and continues to diligently learn and grow as a performer and an artist. There, he has trained with a variety of tutors, which include UK tutors as well as American ones.
Reggie P. Louis has a variety of interests that range from bodybuilding to being a cinephile. He speaks English, Haitian Creole, and Patois (Jamaican dialect). He is currently learning French. He is a big foodie, as he loves to try new and exciting foods that broaden his understanding of other cultures. He is hoping to travel to many different countries in the near future. He also loves to write screenplays and has aspirations to step behind the camera for some of those scripts.
Meryl Streep says that she doesn't treat any of her characters with less respect than she does herself. Reggie P. Louis is a firm believer of this mentality and his talent, passion, and work ethic will speak for it. He is always looking forward to the next character that he gets to bring to life through careful development and pure heart!
