Dincer was enrolled at the age of 8 in the drama school New Talent and took there years of professional acting lessons. Since the age of ten, he has been on camera for film productions. Dincer graduated the 10th grade of a district school in Hamburg.
2014 Dincer had his television debut in the Oldenburg crime scene The Cowardice of the Lion, directed by Marvin Kren. Immediately thereafter played Dincer in the Kiel crime scene Borowski and the children of Gaarden. In the movie Welcome to the Hartmanns, directed by Simon Verhoeven Dincer played the role of Sammy. His first starring role, he took over in the movie Zoro's solo by director and screenwriter Martin Busker.
