Isabel Canzoneri is Brazilian. She was born in the South of Brazil and moved to Sao Paulo at young age. Her passions were theater and modeling when she was a teenager but had to give those up to enter the work force when she was still young to help support herself and her family. Isabel graduated in Marketing and worked most of her adult life as an Executive Assistant for foreigner companies.
She moved to California in 2007 and shortly thereafter got married and became a citizen. Isabel is a published author. Her book "The American Dream and Everything In Between; Diary of an Immigrant" she began writing in 2014 but stopped when she lost her mother in that same year. Published in 2016, the book comes with an interesting perception about the U.S.A. by an immigrant. She believes the book can help other immigrants like her, to understand and perhaps find ideas on how to make it easier for them when moving to another country. It's certainly not a how to book, however, her experience may help others who find themselves in her situation.
In 2013, Isabel was presented with an opportunity to work as an Actress and soon after the tree day shooting she contacted an Agent, who welcomed her to her portfolio, and since then, she's been working in the field. She loves acting and has done various commercials, educational videos, Industrials, print, and films, both, in San Diego and Los Angeles.
Throughout the years, she's been writing screenplays, finding it very exciting and fulfilling and with that, she is now interested in the very process of filmmaking. Isabel has many screenplays written and intends to shoot them all. In 2018, she wrote and directed her fist short film, Intentions, and in 2019, she wrote and directed her second short film, Deep In Her Heart and in 2020, she wrote and directed her third film, Resident Managers, which she intends to turn it into web-series. She has no intentions to stop there.
