Growing up Helen was always in love with the world of film, so much so that her siblings stared calling her "TV Guide" because she always knew what film or TV show was playing on that day.
Helen studied acting at various schools and her most recent one was at Film & Television Studio International in Melbourne, Australia, which is one of the best school for training actors for the film and television industry.
