Sean Brown was born in Baltimore, Maryland and eventually attended military college and wound up in New York City as an Investment Banker. Having lived the real existence portrayed in Wolf of Wall Street, without the drug problems, he returned to a more normal existence in Maryland and found himself involved in films and television.
Truly launching things with the film "Gods and Generals" he has portrayed Civil War, Revolutionary War and Western figures as well as numerous other historic and modern figures including journalists from the early 20th Century to modern SWAT commanders in recreations of various hostage dramas and kidnapping dramas.
With an ability to ride a horse and drive wagons as well as the knowledge to accurately portray historic figures, Sean has become a go-to guy for historical television and films. With expertise from the early Colonial period to 18th Century history and of course, Civil War, Sean is easily dropped into a period piece and understanding his place and role better than most folks with no appreciation for history.
