Saif Al-Sobaihi is an award-winning Saudi cinematographer and a skilled photographer based in New York City. From an early age, Saif has had an eye for exciting and dynamic visuals, exploring how art and technology can come together in a compelling way.
Saif studied at Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University before transferring to Savannah College of Art and Design to study cinematography in the film and television program. Saif has had experience working on countless short films in narrative, documentary, commercial, and fashion.
From a professional standpoint, Saif was the Director of Photography for Sony Music Entertainment video featuring the Swedish Pop-star Peg Parnevik. He was also a non-union member of the camera team for the feature film, "Lizzie", directed by Craig Macneill; starring Chloë Sevigny and Kristen Stewart. Saif has had experience working with some of the top media companies such as Viacom's MTV, Pop Sugar, and the Arab world's largest entertainment company, Rotana.
