Michael D. Anglin

Michael D. Anglin is a multi-talented filmmaker and actor originally from Pocahontas, Arkansas. From a young age, he began writing screenplays, but his career in entertainment began in earnest with music. He began composing his music on the piano and on the drums at age 12. He toured the U.S. for the better part of his twenties playing music, but a return to film would soon follow. He appeared in major productions including Terminator Genesis, Elvis & Nixon, Jurassic World and many more. This quickly evolved into creating his own content as a writer, director and cinematographer in order to fully realize his artistic vision. He has studied with Lance Nichols, Jim Gleason and James DuMont among others and continues to relentlessly study the art of filmmaking. He began his own production company, Drummer 71 Productions in 2017 and has recently launched a co-owned production company, Tri-Legacy Films, which has multiple films slated for release in the coming year.
