Laura Gillespie(I)

Laura Gillespie was welcomed into the Alberta film community in the spring of 2014 when she joined the Ascension team for the Calgary 48 Hour Film Challenge. Since then she has appeared in Edmonton Story Hive Winner: Zombie #1; local short film anthology: What's Up, Calgary? and several other independent productions. As much as she has enjoyed this past summer and is looking forward to many future film projects, she is pleased to be returning to the theatre this Christmas with Rosebud Theatre's production of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Previous credits include Bitches & Money 1878 (Northern Light Theatre), Our Town, and Gifts of the Magi (Rosebud Theatre), and her self-produced, self-written play "Someplace".
