Timothy was born in May of 1972 in Denver, Colorado to Janice (neé Richardson) Deemer and Leonard H. Deemer. Jan and Len had a daughter in 1974 named Megan. After divorcing Len, Jan married John Satrom of Grand Forks, North Dakota in 1976. In 1977, John adopted both Timothy (age 5) and Megan (age 3).
Timothy would go on to spend the next 14 years in Grand Forks. In elementary school, he discovered a strong interest in the arts. Especially a program called Summer Theater Workshop; held each summer at Red River High School, and directed by Red River's theater instructor Dean Opp. At age 13, he went on to attend Schroeder Junior High School, and River High School at age 16. Timothy continued his love of the arts throughout both junior high and high school; getting involved in choir and band. All the while, feeding his love of the theatre. Whether it was acting, doing technical work such as lighting and video operation, or set construction, and inspired by his high school drama teacher Dean Opp, Timothy knew that theatre was where he belonged.
While attending various universities and colleges such as University of North Dakota in Grand Forks and, after moving in 2003 to Spokane, Washington, Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Timothy gained a strong interest in film production. He went on to major in Theater, Film.
In 2003, Timothy married Danielle (neé Estes) Satrom. Their son Seamus was born in 2004. Danielle and Timothy divorced in 2005.
Moving to Richland, Washington in 2014, his roommates introduced him to 2047 Productions lead by David Kania (Clockwork Infinity (2011), (Itch (2014)) and Nat Saenz (Screamwriter (2013), Itch (2014)). David and Nat have worked with screenwriter Randy LaBarge (2214 (2013), (Itch (2014)) , and actors such as Jennifer Page (III) and Sam Shick. Timothy continues to build his knowledge and abilities within the independent film industry.
