A few months ago, Sanjay Gupta who had started prepping for Hrithik Roshan starrer Kaabil, received a notice from singer-actor Sudhanshu Pandey who accused the former of plagiarism and copying the script of the film. Later, the cyber cell division was involved as Sudhanshu filed a complaint against writers of the film Siraj Ayaz Ahmed and Vijay Kumar Mishra and this has rubbed director Sanjay Gupta the wrong way. Questioning if the cyber cell can be involved in a case of knowledge theft, Sanjay further added that Sudhanshu is resorting to cheap tricks. He also maintained that he met the Dcp who assured that the cyber cell won't be a part of this case anymore.
